The Reservation System ensures that you have your place reserved and guaranteed for the required activity once you have made the reservation, for this reason please understand that penalties may be applied for cancellations:

• All the money paid for the service contracted with Baja Dive Experiences will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the activity by the dive center, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

• For cancellations with a term greater than 72 hours, 100% of the deposit will be refounded.

• For cancellations with a term between 72 hours to 24 hours, 50% of the deposit will be refounded.

• For cancellations with a term of less than 24 hours, the deposit received will not be refounded.

Making the payment implies acceptance of the previously established conditions.
